While the entire Weeds cast is friggin’ hilarious, Kevin Nealon ? on the show and off ? is tops as far as inspiring uncontrollable laughter. Find his interviews online when you’re bored, they’re a blast. In an Actor’s Studio podcast a few season’s back he was asked about Mary-Kate Olsen joining the cast and tried but couldn’t help from cracking himself up and admitting in his special way that she is, indeed, odd – to say the least.
Speaking of interviews, we’re working on an exclusive with Andy Botwin, er, Justin Kirk. Rumor is he has the velvet El Andy painting from last season hanging in his living room and we gotsta get a picture of him posing next to it.
Ah, Mary-Louise is STILL hot hot hot! And we’re very happy Showtime makes such cool Weeds posters and ads with her as the lovely centerpiece. But news is, Parker isn’t happy with the Showtime producers for that Season Four finale slo-mo boobie bath-tub scene (though we’re glad she was okay with the tit-fest make-out sesh with the Mexican druglord…). In the June issue of More magazine she explains, “I didn’t think I needed to be naked, and I fought with the director about it, and now I’m bitter… I knew it was going to be on the Internet: ‘Mary-Louise shows off her big nipples.’ I wish I hadn’t done that. I was goaded into it.” Oooh boy! (Remember we have some more nude action on Weeds with Jennifer Jason Leigh and possibly Alanis Morissette coming soon).
